French Language Resources

Boukili is a great tool for getting our young students engaged with French text - and it’s free! The interface can be set to English or French, allowing parents to support their children with French reading. There are multiple books per level and three ways of engaging with each book: By listening to it being read as the text is highlighted, by reading it yourself, or by recording the students as they read. At the end of each reading there are mini quizzes that unlock games and costumes. It’s a big hit with our younger students!

Voilà Learning is a offers a virtual learning environment specially designed for French Immersion students in Ontario. Parents will need to create an account and accounts are FREE for OCDSB families. Please contact your child's teacher or the school office for the access code.
